Looking for a quick and easy breakfast recipe that is healthy and satisfying? This is the one for you! I kid you not, this tastes like chocolate peanut butter cup and yet is healthy and packed with all sorts of goodness! Now I am OBSESSED with all things peanut butter so if you are like me then you will fall in love with this breakfast. What I love most about oatmeal is that it sticks with me all morning so that I am not famished by the time lunch rolls around. So, if you love chocolate and peanut butter combined then I strongly suggest you give this a try!

Ingredients

½ cup oats
½ cup milk of your choice (I use unsweetened Almond)
½-1tbsp cocoa powder
1tbsp natural peanut butter
1 ½ -2tsp honey (natural sweetener of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

Using a mason jar pour in the oats, vanilla (if using), milk and cocoa powder. Mix together.
Add honey and peanut butter and mix really well.
Refrigerate jar overnight. Wake up and enjoy!
