My name is Tricia. I am a wife, momma of 2, Social worker by day, certified pilates instructor, fitness enthusiast, vegetarian, and a passionate at-home chef and baker. Like everyone in today’s world, life is extremely busy for our family but no matter how busy life is, I always make time for cooking healthy meals and engaging in a regular fitness routine. In doing so, I am able to function more effectively in my day to day life. Yes, fitness and healthy eating fuels my energy.
