Are you like me and stalk up on nuts when they go on sale? Well, if you don’t then you need to start. That way you can make homemade nut butter like this delicious Cinnamon Cashew Butter. I like to change up my standard nut butter recipe every now and then for some variety. 

Cinnamon is a top favourite spice of mine, so this combination of cinnamon and cashew is delightful. There is something so comforting about cinnamon! Don’t you agree? 

Not only is this Cinnamon Cashew Butter delicious but it’s obviously healthy. Furthermore, it only contains 2 simple and natural ingredients. You guessed it! Cinnamon and Cashews. 

Do I need to even mention the fact that this recipe is vegan and gluten free? Just another way this recipe is so simple.

This Cinnamon Cashew Butter can be used on so many things! Of course, it is great on toast. It is yummy in protein ball recipes. My favourite purpose for this recipe is to spread on my banana or apple! The choice is all yours. 

Yet another bonus about this recipe is it takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish. So, get your food processor ready and let’s make some Cinnamon Cashew Butter!

Ingredients

300g Roasted unsalted cashews 

¾ tsp cinnamon 

Instructions 

Add cashews and cinnamon to a food processor and process approximately 10 minutes or until it reaches desired consistency. Store in a seal-tight container in the cupboard.
