Simple, delicious and healthy. That describes this Banana Mango Green smoothie perfectly. What more can you ask for in a smoothie?

I love how the frozen fruit create an ice cream like texture. However, this yummy smoothie is vegan. Furthermore, it has no processed sugars. Who needs sugar when the banana and mango provide the perfect sweetness?

That handful of spinach gives this that fun green colour but also adds iron and antioxidants. I love drinking this smoothie post workout or in between meals to help hold me over.

This Banana Mango Green Smoothie has a tropical flavour that will make you feel like you are on vacation. It is my all-time summer smoothie.

To simplify my life, I like to freeze bananas that don’t get eaten quick enough. Thus, buy a few mangoes at a time, let them ripen, cut some for the week and then freeze the rest. Cut, core and peel them and freeze them on wax paper first before putting them in a zip lock bag. I then have both ready to go in the freezer for my next smoothie.

A little tip is to label the bags stating how much or how many bananas or mangoes are in there.

So fuel your body with this simple and whole Banana Mango Green Smoothie.
