Whether it be a nectarine or a peach these Baked Nectarines with walnut drizzle are scrumptious to the last bite.
If you follow my blog at all you will notice that I love recipes that can double as a snack, dessert, or breakfast. This Baked Nectarine recipe does exactly that.
How could they fall into all three categories you ask? Well, here’s why:
- Naturally sweetened
- Gluten free
- Dairy free
- It’s fruit!
As I baked these this morning, my family was coming from all corners of the house into the kitchen to see what I was making. Simply because it smelled so good. My kids ended up dipping them into some plain yogurt as the morning snack.
The best part of it is that it is so easy to make, and it takes less than 10 minutes to prep.
