How is it that frozen fruit can create such a creamy, treat-like texture? This Tropical Cherry Smoothie Bowl has exactly that.

I gave this Tropical Cherry Smoothie Bowl to my kids this morning for breakfast and they couldn’t believe their eyes. They thought I was giving them ice cream for breakfast! So, they of course gobbled it up! Meanwhile, I was completely satisfied knowing that my picky children got some green in today and their proper serving of fruit.

The combination of flavours in this smoothie bowl is on point. It’s not too sweet and not too tart. Best part is, it’s naturally sweetened with fruit and fruit only.

This smoothie bowl is vegan, refined sugar-free, full of iron, fibre, antioxidants and so much more. It is a great energy boost in the morning or the perfect way to cap off a workout.

Also, the best part is, I used the leftover smoothie to add to popsicle molds to make for after dinner dessert. I love it when I can use one recipe in a variety of ways. It makes my life SO much easier.

So pull out your blender and blend up this delightful Tropical Cherry Smoothie Bowl.
