I am always looking for a way to sneak more fruits in my children diet. These Apple Cinnamon Energy Balls is a great way to add more fruit to the menu. Not to mention, more fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats.

If you follow my blog at all you will know that I am big on snacks particularly protein and energy balls. I love how versatile energy balls can be. I also love that they are such an easy snack! They require no utensils and are minimal mess.

This Apple Cinnamon Energy Ball recipe is like eating an apple pie in a bite! However, it is much healthier, has a vegan option by swapping honey for maple syrup and is easily gluten free with GF oats.

So when snack time strikes, try out these apple cinnamon energy balls to help hold everyone over until the next meal! Or maybe snack! It takes 5 minutes to whip together in a bowl and zero bake time.
