Kayla Itsines

This girl is legit y’all! If you want a quick and effective workout she’s got it. What I love about her is you can do them anywhere and you don’t need any equipment. Of course she also has a paid workout app but she has multiple free workouts posted on youtube. I can always guarantee a good sweat and sore muscles the next day.

Jake Dupree

I just love Jake’s energy and enthusiasm but he also runs a mean pilates bootcamp. And I mean BOOTCAMP!! This is by far the most challenging workout I’ve followed on youtube. He makes you burn before, during and after his sessions. I of course love his pilates background and how all his workouts are pilates based. You definitely need to give him a try but be prepared to work work work!

Boho Beautiful

I stumbled across Juliana of Boho beautiful probably about 5 years ago and still love doing her workouts today. She has amazing pilates and yoga classes which she films all over the world! She also does meditation for those looking to unwind and get in touch with the here and now. There are tons of different classes posted on youtube to choose from. I love her because she offers classes for so many different focuses. For example, she has a whole series that is strictly abs or legs or buns or she will have a yoga series for back pain or anxiety. She also offers a paid app but she has soooo much content on youtube I don’t think it would be necessary!

POPSUGAR Fitness

This YouTube channel is where you will find Jake Dupree mentioned above. What I love about it is that it has a wide range of instructors who guest host with a variety of backgrounds in the workout world. So you can find your preferred workout and choose one that is within the time frame you have to workout. Workouts can vary from 20minutes-60minutes. You can literally do anything from kickboxing to Zumba to Tabata and the list goes on!
