½ cup almond butter
¼ honey (Or vegan liquid sweetener)
½ tsp vanilla
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Arbonne protein powder)
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- If you don’t have ground oats on hand, simply blend rolled oats in a blender or food processor for a few seconds.
- In a medium bowl, mix oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla, and protein powder.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
- Put in fridge for about 10 minutes to allow dough to firm slightly. This makes it easier to roll into balls.
