What says summertime more than homemade popsicles? These 3-ingredient, strictly fruit, Cherry Berry Mango Popsicles, are the perfect summer snack.

If you have picky kids at home like I do, then these popsicles are perfect for your household. First, the kids love making them with me. Thus, it’s a great pastime if you have the kids home for the summer. Second, it sneaks in lots of fruit into their diet. Quite frankly my kids struggle to get the proper amount of fruits and veggies in day. Lastly, they are a great snack to cool down the kids on a hot summer day!

For the fruit I choose fresh cherries because they are in season right now! You could do the same for blueberries, but I would still recommend freezing them before adding them to the blender. I also buy fresh mangoes and freeze them myself. However, mangoes and blueberries purchased from the freezer aisle will work just as well.

I purchased my popsicle molds off amazon years ago. They are just the plastic ones, but they do have great silicon options these days.

So if you are looking for an easy, fun, healthy snack for your family, give these Cherry Berry Mango Popsicles a try. They are clean, vegan and free of processed sugars that you would get in the regular popsicles.
