Greek yogurt is without a doubt a staple in my diet. I consume it daily in some form. I love to buy the plain low-fat Greek yogurt so that I can add what I please to it. Hence why I love this Peach Yogurt Parfait recipe. 

This Healthy Peach Crisp recipe is the perfect complement to plain and bitter yogurt. Especially if you struggle to eat plain yogurt as opposed to flavoured. 

I love this Peach Yogurt Parfait for my mid-afternoon snack, but I have also added it to my breakfast rotation on occasion. 

I like to stir it up all together and it tastes so peachy-sweet, delicious. 


The best part is, you can make the crisp recipe for dessert over the weekend and then use the leftovers throughout the week to create this Peach Yogurt Parfait. 

Best of all, this recipe has zero refined sugars, is high in protein, gluten free and wholesome! I must admit it is also very filling. I struggle to find a snack or breakfast that holds me over, but this does the trick. 

So get your peach crisp making skills in motion and grab a container of plain Greek yogurt and create your very own fancy parfait!

Healthy Peach Crisp Recipe

½ cup of plain Greek yogurt 

Instructions

  1. Follow directions for Healthy Peach Crisp
  2. Spoon ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt into a cup or mason jar
  3. Top with as much of the healthy peach crisp recipe you desire (I used approximately ½ cup)
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
