Looking for something chocolatey to satisfy that sweet tooth? You’re in luck because I have the perfect recipe for you! Oh, and did I mention it’s vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free? Better yet, it is ridiculously simple to make. No oven required! All you need is a food processor and a fridge. This is the perfect healthy snack or after dinner dessert. So, round up the 3 simple ingredients and food processor and blend away. You can thank me later! 

Ingredients 

1 cup pitted dates

1 cup walnuts

½ cup cocoa powder 

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor 
  2. Process until dough or paste forms approximately 5-7 minutes
  3. Line a bread pan with wax paper and place the mixture in the pan
  4. Firmly press down the mixture until all even
  5. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes
  6. Remove and cut carefully into squares 
  7. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
