Breakfast…the most important meal of the day. Yet somehow the most common skipped meal of the day. Well, if you are one of those people who skip breakfast then give these Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies a try!

Speaking of breakfast, take a look at my post on 7 Simple Ways to be Healthy to find out why breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and more!

I love this recipe because they are quick and easy to make and perfect to grab on the go for breakfast or snack time. They are healthy, contain no processed sugars, high in fibre and delicious.

I like to change up the last 3 ingredients with other types of dry fruit or nuts. Therefore, feel free to add and swap whatever you would like for the add-ons.

So, if you are looking for some meal prep ideas for those breakfasts on-the-go, especially with school starting up again, try these Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies.
