Are you looking to make friends with salad? Well, I am here to tell you that this Fattoush salad is the way to make friends!!It is loaded with fresh and whole ingredients and topped with a zesty Lebanese dressing making this by far my favourite salad.

While attending grad school I worked in a Lebanese restaurant and became immersed in the culture and obsessed with the food. To this day I can easily say Lebanese food is still many of my favourite dishes. You may think I’m crazy, but this Fattoush salad is probably my top favourite Lebanese dish.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with this amazing type of salad, Fattoush salad has many versions and variations. However, it always involves lots of fresh vegetables, crisp lettuce, a lemony dressing and topped with pita chips which is its signature topper.

What I love most about this recipe is the freshness of flavours. So, if you are tired of your usual dinner salad than give this delicious and healthy Fattoush Salad recipe a go. I promise you won’t regret it!
