I’m a big dip person. I love how versatile they can be. You can use them with chips or crackers, add them to sandwiches, have them with veggies or just eat it straight up with a spoon. This Cilantro Edamame Dip will be used with all those things!
This dip has a ricotta cheese-like consistency and almost a sweet flavour. The combination of edamame, lemon and cilantro makes it taste so fresh. How about the health factor to this dip? This Cilantro Edamame Dip is packed with protein, vegan, gluten-free and all clean ingredients.
Another critical part of this recipe is that it is quick and easy! It takes less than 5 minutes to make from start to finish. Just throw all the ingredients in the food processor and you are good to go.
I made this Cilantro Edamame Dip this week and I’ve literally been putting it on everything. My favourite simple thing to add it to is my toast for a snack to tie me over in the afternoon. Let me tell you, it keeps me full and satisfied.
I used fresh cilantro from my garden which I love. It’s worth mentioning because I love contributing to my own food! It is a dream of mine to ‘live of the land’ so to speak.
