It could be the Greek in me, but I literally could eat Tzatziki Sauce on everything, with everything, all day, every day! So if you are looking for an easy and healthy summer dip, this Tzatziki Sauce is the one.
Tzatziki has a wonderful combination of Greek yogurt, dill, garlic and shredded cucumbers. Dill is one of my favourite herbs, so I love to drizzle this sauce on everything just based on the dill factor.
The first time I tried this sauce was when I was in Greece. Obviously, the best place to try it for the first time. I couldn’t believe I had never been introduced to this incredible sauce before that point.
My favourite way to use this dip is on pitas or as a veggie dip. But please don’t let those ideas limit you. I literally use it on everything! I use them with French fries, on salads, with chips just to name a few.
With only 4 simple and fresh ingredients, this sauce tops my list as my favourite item to always have on hand. I use low fat Greek yogurt to keep it calorie friendly but do keep in mind, the higher the fat the creamier the sauce.

1 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh dill
1 garlic clove minced
3 TBSP shredded cucumber
